When people are faced with choosing a study path, there are a lot of questions that they’ll want to ask, such as: how can I find the best course for me? What do I have to do to enrol? What can I expect from the years ahead?

We hope that this section of our webpages will provide you with all the information that you need to clarify all your doubts and answer all your questions and help you in your first contact with the University.

But what does the Free University of Bozen/Bolzano expect from its students?
Well, certainly interest in learning languages, an ability to reason, independence in studying, curiosity, flexibility, an open-minded approach to life and a willingness to learn new things. Moreover,  great importance is placed upon the sense of belonging to a community and a passion for studying but also for life in general. Why? Because students who are passionate about life are an essential feature of what makes the University tick.

If you think that you have even only some of these aspects, and you are attracted to the idea of studying in different languages in an international environment with students who come from more than 40 countries, then you’re in the right place.
