System of Scientific and Technological Parks
The Scientific and Technological parks promote, develop and co-ordinate research and innovation in determined territorial fields.
They are made up of consortia, co-operatives and joint-stock companies controlled mainly by private subjects. Institutes of university instruction, public and private institutions, public and private research centres and companies comprise these parks.
