The Bachelor programme
In the context of environmental protection and appreciation of the local territory, this three year course provides students with solid knowledge about plant production and protection, the sustainable management of forests and mountain areas, and livestock breeding. By choosing optional courses, students can specialize in either fruit and wine cultivation or in mountain farming. The course prepares graduates for postgraduate studies in agricultural production, management of environmental resources and food technologie.

Graduates can pursue careers in the fields of agricultural production and stock breeding, as well as in the professional monitoring and management of forests and grasslands in mountain areas. They find work in the: administration and economical and technical management of agricultural companies, sustainable development of forests, soil conservation and planning of mountain areas, maintenance and security of agricultural machinery, quality certification, marketing, and processing and distribution of food.
Graduates may sit the state examination in order to register in the Italian Chamber of Agronomists and Foresters (Section B).
