series of lectures: VIBRATION CONTROL: FROM PASSIVE TO ACTIVE APPROACHES
Vibrations commonly affect many mechanical and mechatronic systems and therefore should be properly accounted for in the design of new systems, in the performance optimization of the existing ones or in the controller synthesis.

series of lectures: THE SUSTAINABILITY OF QUALITY WORK IN AGRICULTURE
In Europe the number of norms and technical standards is costantly growing, year after year. Too often the new rules appear suitable for productive activities in general, rather than for the agricultural ones in particular. In Italy the agricultural sector has appeared unprepared, or at least taken unawares, to apply laws or decrees (such as the D.Lgs. 626/94, for example, or the previous 277/91) designed more for the industrial and craft sectors than for the agricultural, forestry and food processing ones.
