Emanuela Rondi is Assistant Professor at the Centre for Family Business Management, she joined the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano in February 2017. Her research lies at the intersection of family business and social capital, with a particular interest in the impact of family external relationships in succession and innovation dynamics. Her doctoral work has received awards and recognitions at various academic conferences (e.g., Academy of Management, EURopean Academy of Management) and she recently published research articles on Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice and Journal of Family Business Strategy. Emanuela is member of the Education and Professional Development Sub-Committee of IFERA – International Family Enterprise Research Academy.
