Short bio

M. Bietresato graduated in Mechanical Engineering (Uni. Padova), attended a 1-year postgrad course in Vehicle Engineering (Uni. Modena Reggio E.), completed a Ph.D. course in “Industrial Engineering” (Uni. Padova, Fac. Engineering) and a Ph.D. course in “Mechanical Technologies for Agricultural and Forestry Processes” (Uni. Padova, Fac. Agr. Sciences).
He is entitled to practice as a Chartered Engineer (sect. “A” of the Roll).
He is Assistant Professor at UniUD and Contract Lecturer  at UniBZ in Agricultural Engineering, committee member of the PhD school in Sustainable Energy & Technology (SET).
Regular member of many scientific societies: ASABE, ASME, AIIA, SIMAI, ATI, AICARR.
He is also qualified as "Associate Univ. Prof." and "Full Univ. Prof." sect. 07/C1 (MIUR)./M. Bietresato è laureato in Ingegneria Meccanica V.O. (Uni. Padova), ha frequentato un Master Univ. di II livello in "Ingegneria del Veicolo" (Uni. Modena Reggio E.), ha completato un Dottorato in “Ingegneria Industriale” (Uni. Padova, Fac. Ingegneria) e un Dottorato in “Tecnologie Meccaniche dei Processi Agricoli e Forestali” (Uni. Padova, Fac. Agraria).
È abilitato all’esercizio della professione di Ingegnere (sez. A dell’Albo).
È Ricercatore Senior c/o UniUD e Professore a Contratto c/o UniBZ in Meccanica Agraria, membro del Collegio della Scuola di Dottorato in “Sustainable Energy and Technology” (SET).
Socio ordinario delle società scientifiche: ASABE, ASME, AIIA, SIMAI, ATI, AICARR.
È abilitato "Prof. Universitario di II fascia" e "Prof. Universitario di I fascia" S.C. 07/C1 (MIUR).

M. Bietresato is author of more than 80 publications in scientific journals and international conferences./Ingegneria Applicata all'Agricoltura, Sicurezza delle Macchine Agricole, Motori per l'Agricoltura, Biocombustibili, Macchine Motrici Agricole, Ingegneria per lo Sviluppo Rurale, Sistemi di Test per Macchine Agricole, Modellazione Numerica e Ottimizzazione di Macchine Agricole e Impianti Agroalimentari.
