Viticulture, Enology and Wine Marketing

This master gives you a solid and in-depth academic preparation in the fields of economy applied to the wine-making industry and vine-growing, wine-making, oenology and quality control pertaining to grape production and transformation as well as the marketing of the finished products.

The subjects covered in this course explore the wine supply chain, with a particular focus on grape growing, grape production, its transformation in wine, quality control and world business management of the supply chain itself.

Starting from the second year, students will be able to choose one of the four focus areas available, each of them with 20 credit points:

  • Research and Development in Oenology,
  • Research and Development in Viticulture,
  • Marketing for the Wine Markets,
  • Management of mountain viticulture for the promotion of the mountain environment and landscape.

The course is offered in coooperation with Università di Udine, Università di Padova and Università di Verona.
