M.Sc degree in Food technology (specialization Food biotechnology and biorefinery) earned from Wageningen Uni in the Netherlands, B.Sc degree in Food technology earned from the Technical Institute of Larisa (Greece). Working experience for a year as a teacher in vocational education school for milk and dairy producers. Additional experience acquired by two internships of 7 months each. The first in a chemical laboratory which I worked as a chemist assistant for controlling the production procedure of local wines (Karditsa, Greece) and the second in the R&D department of a food consultant company, as a food developer (TOP BV, The Netherlands). I speak English, native in Greek and I am an intermediate user of the German language.
