I was born in Bolzano, South Tyrol, where I grew up and finally graduated High School. From 2012 until 2018 I studied biochemistry at the Technical University Munich and obtained my Master's degree. During my Master I specialized in food chemistry, the sector in which I submitted my master's thesis. The affinity and the enthusiasm in food related topics motivated me to enrol for the PhD in Food Engineering and Biotechnology at unibz. Since November 2018 I am a PhD student at unibz.
