PhD candidate in Economic at the Free University of Bolzano-Bozen. My research interests are focused in Labour Economics, Language Economics, and Education Economics. My current works relate to two different research strands: the effect of language skills on individual labour outcomes, and the relationship between communication and organizational structure.
Before enrolling in the PhD program, I studied Economics and Public Policy (M. Sc.) and Economics (B.A.) at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. I also worked three years as Export Area Manager in the food sector.
I speak at different levels Italian (native), Spanish, English, French, Bulgarian. I am currently studying German.
