The Committee is a member of the Conferenza Nazionale degli organismi di parità delle Università italiane a network that promotes coordination and collaboration among university Committees on issues of equal opportunities and inclusion.
We are committed to a university culture based on openness, mutual respect, and integrity. The current Gender Equality Plan 2026–2028 serves as the University's binding framework for the systematic development of its equality strategy and the progressive removal of structural barriers.
The Gender Report is the University's main tool for assessing the impact of its policies on gender equality within the academic community. It aims to provide an overview of the University community by analysing its various components from a gender perspective
