The Reserve Collections Online

Intro

The Reserve Collections Online is the reading list management system used at unibz that can be easily integrated within OLE and Teams.

As soon as the course information and the syllabus is updated in the academic information system (AIS) courses are automatically inserted in the tool.

Use this to:

  • find and see reading lists for your courses
  • check which books, articles and other type of materials are included in the syllabus
  • get direct access to ebooks, online articles and other digital resources
  • check availability at the unibz libraries and reserve books.

For Students

In order to access the course reading lists in the new system:

- Login here with your unibz account

- Click on FIND LISTS and search for course code, course or professor name.

- Once you have passed the exam you can unfollow the list by removing it.

For Instructors

In order to access your course reading lists, login here with your unibz personal account.

If you have already communicated to the library the required readings (e.g. by listing the books in the syllabus) the list is already published and visible to all unibz students.

You can also upload your teaching materials (slides, PDFs etc.) to the reading list. If you use OLE or Teams you can easily link OLE or Teams to the Reserve Collections Online (see below).

Furthermore, with the new system you can link on your own to electronic articles and books available in the catalogue in a more efficient way. If during the semester you need to add more books to the physical reserve collection of the library please contact as usual the  subject librarian for your faculty. He/she can provide you further assistance.

Please remember that in order to be visible and accessible for your students, lists need to be published by you or by the librarian.
