This 1st level master will not be offered in the 2026/27 academic year.
This Master trains specialists in the public sector who can tackle the challenges posed by European governance and the ecological and digital transition. With an interdisciplinary approach, the programme explores the most recent European policies, such as cohesion, sustainability, innovation, digitalisation and the environment, and provides tools for communicating them.
It offers two tracks:
The Master is also designed for working professionals, thanks to its 18-months duration, compatible timetable (with classes on Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings) and 30% online teaching. Classes are offered in Italian, German and English, with percentages varying depending on the chosen track.

The programme trains highly qualified professionals who are able to tackle the challenges of the public sector at local, national and European level with competence and strategic vision. Students acquire theoretical and practical tools to work in public administrations, international institutions, local authorities and complex organisations. The programme opens up concrete career opportunities in associations, foundations and NGOs, where skills in public policy management, design and evaluation are required.
