Our interdisciplinary, trilingual master programme combines law, political science, and management to prepare you for a career at the heart of international cooperation and public administration

This Master trains specialists in the public sector who can tackle the challenges posed by European governance and the ecological and digital transition. With an interdisciplinary approach, the programme explores the most recent European policies, such as cohesion, sustainability, innovation, digitalisation and the environment, and provides tools for communicating them.
It offers two tracks:
The Master is also designed for working professionals, thanks to its 18-months duration, compatible timetable (with classes on Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings) and 30% online teaching. Classes are offered in Italian, German and English, with percentages varying depending on the chosen track.

Students choose two optional courses within a Local/National or International pathway and will develop transversal skills (soft skills, teamwork, creative problem solving.
The course concludes with the writing and discussion of a final thesis.

The programme programme trains highly qualified professionals who are able to tackle the challenges of the public sector at local, national and European level with competence and strategic vision. Students acquire theoretical and practical tools to work in public administrations, international institutions, local authorities and complex organisations. The programme opens up concrete career opportunities in associations, foundations and NGOs, where skills in public policy management, design and evaluation are required.

Minimum number of students required for activation of the course is 10 and the maximum number of available places is 25.
To gain admission to the programme you need one of the following qualifications:
Students in their final year of their bachelor may apply, provided they obtain their degree before the enrolment deadline.
To be admitted, you must demonstrate an adequate proficiency in all three teaching languages (Italian, German, and English).
Participants must also be under the age of 35 years, to be understood as up to the day before the participant's thirty-fifth birthday. The requirements must be fulfilled at the time of the deadline for applications.
You must have a good knowledge of Italian, German and English. It is not necessary to prove official teaching languages by means of language certificates.
Your application must be submitted online through the Application Portal. The deadlines are indicated in the “Deadlines” section.
Please note: Mendacious declarations will be criminally prosecuted and will result in the automatic exclusion from the ranking list.
According to current regulations, it is possible to enrol in up to 2 study courses at the same time. The two study courses must differ for at least 2/3 of the course contents.
Selection will be based on the following criteria:
A minimum score of 10/30 points is required for admission to the Master programme. If the number of applications exceeds the number of places available, admission will be.
To be admitted, applicants must have an adequate command of the three languages of instruction (Italian, German and English). Language skills will be assessed on the basis of self-certification (no language certificate is required).
The ranking is determined based on the score obtained in the evaluation. In the event of a tie, priority is given to the youngest candidate. The rankings are published at this page and are valid only for the academic year for which they were drawn up.
If you have been admitted to more than one study programme, you can secure your admission for a maximum of 2 programmes by paying the designated rate twice.

Please note that you do not gain full student status by only paying the tuition fees. This status will only be acquired upon enrolment. If you have secured your admission, there will be no refund of the tuition fees unless you do not pass your secondary school final exam.
The fee will only be refunded if the Masters programme will not be activated due to the insufficient number of enrolled students.
2. Enrol online in the application portal.

Enrolment is recommended as early as possible, so you have the possibility to upload incomplete documents before the deadline.
If you do not meet the enrolment deadline, you will be excluded and the next applicant in the ranking list will be admitted.
Admission with reservation: If you do not have the required academic qualification, you will be given a conditional offer for a study place and you must submit your qualification upon enrolment. If you achieve your qualification after the enrolment deadline, you cannot enrol, and you will lose your place which will be offered to the subsequent applicant in the ranking list.

Please note that if you do not possess a valid admission qualification, you can be excluded with Rector’s decree even after enrolment.
