I am a Junior Assistant Professor (RTD-a) with a PhD in General Management from the University of Bologna. I previously served as a Research Fellow at both the University of Bologna and LUISS University, where I was involved in research and teaching activities in the areas of management and organizational studies.

My research focuses on team dynamics, with particular attention to healthcare teams and the mechanisms that shape coordination, performance, and collaboration in complex environments. I am also interested in innovation processes and entrepreneurial orientation in small and medium-sized firms, examining how strategic behaviors influence firms' business models. My work combines quantitative and qualitative methods with organizational theory to better understand how teams and firms create value in dynamic contexts.
