Bankruptcy Law

The bankruptcy law course focuses on the regulation of corporate crises. The system underwent profound changes in 2022, and all crisis management procedures must be examined in light of business continuity. Therefore, the course aims to provide students with the knowledge of the tools to respond to a crisis or insolvency involving a company.

The following aspects will be studied: The subjects for whom the tools are intended Objective situations of crisis and insolvency Ways to avoid the disintegration of the company All procedures aimed at regulating the crisis At the end of the course, students should be able to understand how to deal with the crisis in a modular way.

Written with multiple choice questions and at least 2 open answers All ILOS assessed

Evaluation criteria
The maximum score is achievable only if both open-ended answers are correct.
