“Ours is a very high-profile program of study from which graduates, on their first job, start earning six-figure salaries”, states Alex K. Dontoh, director of NYU Stern Business School Master of Science in Accounting. Yesterday he gave a presentation at unibz to illustrate, along with Prof. Paolo Perego, Program Director of the Master of Science in Accounting and Finance, the opportunities connected with the NYU MSc in Accounting to students of the School of Economics and Management interested in an experience in one of the world’s top business schools. As a matter of fact, the MSc in Accounting at NYU is ranked #1 in GradReports.com 2020 Best Master’s in Accounting Programs.
“Our 4+1 program has established a partnership with only four universities in the world”, admits Dontoh, “two are our branches in Abu Dhabi and Shanghai, then there is SolBridge International School of Business in Korea and unibz. Together with Prof. Massimiliano Bonacchi, we were able to create this exchange program two years ago”. Thanks to this agreement, unibz MSc Accounting and Finance students have the chance to attend their second year in New York and thus obtain a Double Degree. But that’s not all. Students of the Bachelor’s program in Economics and Management and PPE who would like to enrol solely in NYU’s Master of Science in Accounting can benefit from a fast track that allows them not to submit either TOEFL/IELTS/Duolingo English or GMAT/GRE tests. This is a unique advantage to entering a very competitive Master in the US.
Once again this year, the Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano/ Sparkasse Bozen will cover the tuition fees for the NYU Master’s in Accounting program for an MSc Accounting and Finance student with excellent academic achievement.
"Alice Serafini is the first unibz student to enter our program. She is fantastic, very bright and an example of the quality of your students”, adds Dontoh, “she as well as others are great ambassadors for your university.”
For those who missed the presentation, feel free to contact Paolo Perego to get the link to the video recording and/or for any query regarding the unibz agreement with NYU.
