Short bio

Hannes Hofmeister completed his undergraduate studies in law at the Universities of Cambridge and Regensburg, where he was a National Merit Foundation Scholar. After successfully completing a master’s degree in international politics at the University of Cambridge, he returned to Regensburg to complete his Ph.D.
