Alessandra Piccoli is a researcher and project developer at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, affiliated with the Competence Centre for Cooperative Management. She held a PhD in Sociology of Economic Processes and a master in Social Economy Management.
With an interdisciplinary background and a 20 years professional experience in project management, she identifies as a scholar-activist and is deeply engaged in connecting research with practice. She collaborates closely with local communities, cooperatives, and civil society organizations and is actively involved in grassroots initiatives related to food justice, cooperative development, and community engagement.
