The excellent student-staff ratio ensures ongoing interaction with teaching staff. The superbly equipped library, the modern IT infrastructure and, in particular, the EduSpaces provide an ideal learning environment.
The EduSpaces are an interdisciplinary and multilingual network of laboratories that brings together research, teaching and third-mission activities. By linking theory and practice in teacher training, they promote professional development and educational innovation through the collaboration of nine laboratories.
In addition to the EduSpaces, the faculty runs an Academic Writing Centre where unibz students can find support for writing proper academic texts.
The quality of our courses, based on the link between research, teaching and fieldwork, is also guaranteed by collaboration with institutions working on education and professional training, communication and culture, social services, social education and welfare in the region.
One special feature of the Faculty is the chair for Ladin Language and Culture and its Ladin Section where, apart from related scientific research, the teaching personnel for the primary schools of the Ladin valleys is trained.
