Abstract

The main purpose of the project has been to access, collect and organize data on the structure of innovation networks of manufacturing companies in South Tyrol. Besides having intrinsic interest, these data are crucial as empirical basis for the mathematical models of the companion project MMDTI. The following groups have been examined: members of sector networks (Assoimprenditori, artisans networks, TIS clusters); participants to Research & Development projects financed by the Province of Bolzano-South Tyrol; firms interested into key enabling technologies; clusters of strategic technology suppliers.
