Abstract

The main objective of theCereAlp Projectis to create a cross-border service centre to support Alpine cereal farming, with the functions of a) designing mechanised solutions (as prototypes or with retrofitting) with subsequent assistance in carrying out the work by specialised workshops; b) carrying out certification tests on the new machines (or modified ones) at laboratories within the service centre's competence, in order to check their safety conditions with their use in extreme environments c) management of a remote machine monitoring system, with automatic data collection; d) execution of field tests to determine grain losses during harvesting according to repeatable standard methodologies; e) preventive evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the cereal value chain
