Usman Rafiq is a doctoral researcher at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. His main areas of research center around software startups, particularly but not limited to information monitoring, analytics and software engineering in software startups. Previously, he received European Masters's from two European universities with a sound reputation in Software Engineering. Thereafter, he had a chance to serve as a lecturer of Software Engineering at a public sector university of Pakistan for three years. His main responsibilities included teaching and instructing undergrad students, curriculum design, and supervision of Bachelor projects.
