Dr. Elena Dalpiaz is Associate Professor of Strategy at Imperial College Business School, where she teaches and researches on strategy, entrepreneurship, and organization theory.

She is Associate Editor of Journal of Management Studies and member of the Editorial Review Board of the Academy of Management Journal and Organization Theory.

Dr Dalpiaz's research has been published in leading management journals including Academy of Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Business Venturing, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Advances in Strategic Management, and Strategic Organization. Her work also received several awards from the Organization and Management Division of the Academy of Management and from the Strategic Management Society.
