As AI increasingly shapes how products are designed, tested, and scaled, AI literacy empowers founders and teams to engage safely, ethically, and effectively with emerging technologies. It means understanding what AI can (and cannot) do, interpreting its outputs, and integrating AI-driven insights into human-centered decision-making. Through research insights, practical case studies, and a hands-on team activity, participants will learn how AI tools can generate actionable product insights — and how startup teams can translate these into real innovation.
