Efrat Friedland is the Founder of materialscout and co-founder of Positive Plastics.

Trained industrial designer, she spent the last 20+ years focusing on materials and production processes for product design. Aside her materials consultancy work, she established three materials libraries worldwide, curated numerous materials exhibitions and taught materials technology in academies. 

You can find her speaking at conferences, using every opportunity she has to promote responsible, informed and sustainable use of materials. Efrat Friedland is one of the material friends at the unibz Material Library and we are more than happy to have her in Bolzano for a public talk on Positive Plastics at the BITZ fablab.
