• Managed all laboratory operations—cultivation, isolation, identification, and typing of lactic acid bacteria and yeasts—and coordinated pilot-scale biomass production.
• Procured reagents, developed pilot-scale prototypes, performed DNA-based analyses (extraction, amplification, sequencing), and drafted analytical and final reports for funding agencies.

March 2024–August 2025 — First-Level Technologist (A), Pasta and Bakery Products: Integrity, Wholesomeness & Sustainability (INTEGRI), Micro4Food Lab, Free University of Bolzano, Italy
• Developed and optimized fermentation protocols for cereals, pseudocereals, and milling by-products using selected starter cultures, refining industrial inoculation and process parameters.
• Monitored fermentations in real time with sensor-based systems; assessed nutritional, textural, and sensory attributes; and handled project monitoring, budget reporting, and compliance.
