Hau Thi Kim Do is a PhD candidate in Management at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, Italy. She was a faculty member at Becamex Business School, Eastern International University, Vietnam. Her teaching and learning have focused on International Management. She hold an LLB in Commercial Law from the University of Law, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and a MSc in Management from the University of Nottingham Trent, UK. Her research interests include organizational behaviour in global virtual teams, team identification, corporate ethics, and social responsibility. Her current PhD thesis explores the role of identification in global virtual teams.
