Faculty of Economics and ManagementShort bio
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Tehran and a Master’s degree in European Economy and Business Law from the University of Rome Tor Vergata. I am currently a PhD student in Management at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano and the University of Trento (Joint PhD Programme).
My research develops along two main streams.
First, I focus on negotiation, examining negotiation processes and decision-making across organizational and business contexts. In this stream, I have completed two systematic literature reviews: one on negotiation in decision-making and another bibliometric systematic literature review on the intersection of negotiation and sustainability in business. I also have teaching experience as a teaching assistant in negotiation at the University of Trento.
Second, my research examines entrepreneurial hustling, focusing on how entrepreneurs respond to immediate challenges through urgent and unorthodox actions and how such behaviors shape entrepreneurial action under conditions of uncertainty.
