Faculty of Economics and ManagementShort bio
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Management from Ca' Foscari University of Venice (in collaboration with H-FARM College) and a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Trento.
I completed my Bachelor’s thesis during a six-month internship in the R&D department at Movyon (Autostrade per l'Italia Group), where I focused on Intelligent Transport Systems, Technology Transfer, and Open Innovation. Prior to beginning my doctoral studies, I served as a Product Manager in Milan, where I oversaw digital product development and led the internal strategy for AI adoption.
I am currently a PhD student in Management at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano and the University of Trento (Joint PhD Programme).
My research is developed across two primary streams.
First, I investigate how individual attitudes toward Artificial Intelligence influence organizational strategy and overall performance.
Second, I examine the implications of digital technologies for power-dependence relationships, specifically exploring how these dynamics shift across organizations and between organizations and institutions.
