Short bio
Giovanna Malusà, PhD in Psychological and Educational Sciences and psychologist in the educational field (Order of Psychologists, Province of Trento, No. 842), currently serves as internship coordinator and tutor. In 2023, she obtained the Italian National Scientific Habilitation as Associate Professor in the disciplinary sector 11/D2 – Didactics, Special Pedagogy, and Educational Research. She is a member of the Scientific Committee of Encyclopaideia, Journal of Phenomenology and Education, and teaches as an adjunct professor at the Universities of Bolzano, Verona, and Trento. Her research interests include Social Justice Education, Intercultural Education, Embodied Education, and active teaching methodologies, which she also promotes in professional development courses for teachers in partnership with Scintille.it. She worked for 35 years as a primary school teacher.
