Library Services are accessible exclusively after reservation through the online booking system.
You can book any of the available 30 minutes slots during our opening hours.
Bookings need to be made 12 hours in advance and you can only book one slot per day. Your student or library card will be programmed to open the main entrance door and the library door.
You are only allowed to enter individually through each door, make sure that no one tries to enter behind you. After your slot time is up, you need to leave the library.

Academic personnel can enter the library with their campus card during our regular opening times. If you need a room to consult with a student, the student needs to book a 30-minute Library Services slot and write an e-mail to email@example.com indicating the need for a room.

From 07.04.2021 the study seats will again be accessible exclusively after reservation via the online booking system.
There are 80 seats available in Bozen-Bolzano, 40 seats in Brixen-Bressanone and 20 seats in Bruneck-Brunico.
The study seats will be cleaned and disinfected during the breaks.

In order to access subscribed resources remember to activate the VPN or to use the links provided in the catalogue or on the library homepage.
We provide access to a huge collection in many disciplines. If you don’t have access to a required reading as it is available only in print format, we may try to find an alternative title available online.
If you're not able to come to our campus libraries to pick up your requested books and willing to cover the costs, we will send them to your home address.
To do this you need to choose "Personal delivery – home address" as your pickup location when requesting the book in our library catalogue.
Afterwards we will contact you via email in order to organize your delivery.
