Short bio
In 2014 I obtained my jountly awarded PhD at the University of Melbourne and the University of Venice. The research focused on Change Laboratory like workshop for VET students between school and work.
Beween 2014 and 2015 I was junior researcher (A/R) at the Ca' Foscari University of Venice.
From 2015 to 2017 I worked as Marie Curie Research Scholar at the University of Helsinki. The aim was to develop and test a Change Laboratory for teachers' entrepreneurshpi education. Between 2017 and 2018 I was Fulbright Research Scholar at the Ohio University (USA), where I researched innovative practice for entrepreneurship education..
From 2018 to 2021 I was RTD junior at the Free University of Bolzano
Between 2021 to 2024 I was RTD senior at the Free University of Bolzano.
During my career I obtained one SIPED award in 2021 for my Springer book (2019) and one SIRD (Aldo Visalbergi) award in 2022 for my pubblication on Teacher and Teahcing Education.

Cultural Historical Activity Theory (CHAT):
Within 3rd generation: the Change Laboratory in school and organizations setting to promote social change and innovation, and to develop collective agency.
Within 4th geenration: Mutliple and interconnected Change Laboratory to promote utopias of equity in education.
Entrepreneurship education in compulsory education and its pedagogies.
Curriculum design and competence development, with a focus on alignment between learning outcomes, assessment and teaching and learning activities.
