The following topics will be covered during the course: - The tools available - Proper and appellative names, endo- and exonyms - Toponymic types in the Dolomite Ladinia: macro- and microtoponyms, oronyms, phytotoponyms etc.

The aim of the module is to provide participants with a solid base of skills and knowledge in the field of Ladin toponymy. knowledge and understanding The most important lexical and toponymic structures of Ladin in their historical development and synchronic distribution Ability to apply knowledge and understanding To relate these structures to parallel and divergent structures in Italian, other Romance languages and/or German. To apply the reflections in language teaching processes. Autonomy of judgement Competence in reflection, discussion and in-depth study of the topics covered Communicative skills Ability to present learned content in oral and written form Ability to learn Ability to deepen and elaborate on the topics learned in an autonomous manner

Evaluation criteria
The following are considered and assessed: relevance, logical structure, clarity of argument, lexical appropriateness, completeness, capacity for critical analysis, ability to rework and reflect.
