Coaching II

In addition to being a means for mutually beneficially learning through engagement with one's PhD students’ peers, Coaching II aims to foster critical discussion in order to assess changes that may be taking place in the students’ thesis projects as they progress. It also aims to provide support and guidance for questions of research ethics and milestones such as the direct participation in scientific events and the preparation of a publication.

Educational objectives
Beyond the purely scientific aspects, Coaching II is a time to discuss useful steps to achieve the various milestones of the program for the second year; it is a support for the development of an ethical academic community; and it is also intended as a support in planning for the period after the doctoral degree.
