With the ‘InSightOut’ study day, we cordially invite all those involved in educational practice to join us in exchanging ideas with colleagues from academia, students and other interested guests. This event provides the opportunity to reflect on current challenges concerning the well-being of children within educational institutions and to highlight both opportunities and obstacles in fostering their potential development. Although there are distinct scientific findings for each of the two perspectives of educational work, they are inherently interconnected.

During the study day, we aspire to utilize both research and practical experience to illuminate how we can contribute to well-being and support potential development in education. We intend to share examplary practices for designing learning environments and enhancing interaction and communication within them. Finally, we aim to explore the well-being and potential development, recognizing as both prerequisites and outcomes of successful educational work.
