Insights into the PRIN 2022 and PRIN PNRR 2022 funding. In PRIN PNRR 2022, researcher Paolo Roberti came second-highest in Italy and first as a young researcher under 40.

The Faculty of Economics and Management is celebrating the announcement of the PRIN 2022 (Progetti di Ricerca di Interesse Nazionale) and PRIN PNRR 2022 (Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza) funding outcomes, which have been published between June and July 2023. In total, the funded projects will receive more than one and a half million euros (1.958.715 euros), with 602.500 euros going to the University of Bozen-Bolzano as external funding.

This achievement is marked by the acquisition of substantial funding for multiple groundbreaking projects that span various domains within economics. These underscore the institution’s dedication to high-quality research and will hopefully leave a lasting impact, shaping policies, industries, and communities for years ahead.

Apart from the commendable funding secured for all the projects, the recognition of young researchers from the Faculty of Economics adds an extra dimension to the positive outcome.
