The maintenance and updating of graph algorithms to identify diagnoses for diseases.
- The occasional collaborator has to maintain and adjust a set of graph algorithms such as PathSim implemented in Python.
- Assess the accuracy and explainability of these algorithm results by comparing them with baseline recommendation algorithms on
different datasets for diagnosis of diseases.
