Tätigkeitsbeschreibung des/der gelegentlichen Mitarbeiter/s/in:
Development of a Reinforcement Learning (RL) environment for training an agent to learn to recommend medication to patients, without any prior knowledge. Algorithms double DQN which is an off-policy algorithm and the A3C which is an on-policy method should be implemented.
Evaluation workbench for assessment on different datasets (zB MIMIC III, Onconet, etc.) and comparison with baseline recommendation algorithms (such as Collaborative Filtering and the Matrix Factorization algorithms).
All algorithms should be implemented in Python
