The course offers a detailed examination of the legal institutions of enterprises and companies (partnerships, corporations, cooperatives and sports companies). A theoretical and practical approach will be followed to enable students to understand the foundations and main characteristics of the institutions covered.

Knowledge and understanding LAW sources of public law and their effectiveness in the domestic and European Union context concept of the State and distribution of competences at horizontal and vertical level, as well as in a European perspective role of the European Union in the Italian public and commercial legal order fundamental institutes of the public legal system also with reference to economic studies Italian Constitution with reference to the form of government, including regions and other territorial entities, and the rights of citizens and businesses Italian tourism law, also with reference to the European Union law tourism regulations of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano/Bozen Italian sports law, also in relation to European and international law sources of commercial law notion of enterprise and company legislation concerning corporations, consortia and cooperatives. actors of commercial law (primarily consumers and companies) operating in the tourism, sports and events sector notion and regulation of the entrepreneur, with reference to both general statutes and special rules applicable to specific categories of enterprises (e.g. sports companies). The exam is evaluated as follows: • 3 open questions to be chosen from 5 questions available (max 24/30): each answer gets 0 to 8 points • case (max 6/30): the solution gets 0 to 6 points
