Common childhood illnesses by body region:
- Head (headache, head injury, unconsciousness, meningitis, middle ear infection, sore throat, reddened eye, itching in the head area, tooth decay)
- Thorax (breathing problems, pseudocroup, asthma)
- Abdomen (stomach flu, constipation, urinary tract infections)
- Genitals (testicular pain, itching in the genital area, pain when urinating)
- Skeleton (bone fractures and joint sprains)
- Skin (dangerous and harmless efflorescences of the skin; frequent infections such as hand, mouth and foot disease, scarlet fever, measles, chickenpox, hives, tick bites, scabies, etc.)
