The course provides an introduction to research-based methods of lesson development and teacher training. The focus is on action research, lesson study, learning study and peer observation. Students will learn how to use these methods to improve teaching and learning processes, and how to critically reflect upon and evaluate them.

Obiettivi formativi
Teachers will be able to make evidence-based decisions by collecting and analysing data from their own teaching. This supports the development of more effective teaching strategies and promotes better learning outcomes among students. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to: - understand the principles and characteristics of action research, lesson study, learning study and peer observation: - recognise the opportunities and challenges of these approaches in practice; - plan and carry out action research projects in education; - reflect on and optimise cooperation in professional learning communities.

Obiettivi formativi e risultati di apprendimento (ulteriori info.)
Students can transfer didactic approaches carried out in the laboratory that deal with the relevant topics to their lessons and scrutinise them critically.
